The agreement between you and ISB when you use our services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By opening or using an ISB account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our service

ISB provides online banking services including accounts, transfers, virtual cards, bill payments and loans. Features may change over time.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use ISB lawfully and not to interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use the service for fraud or money laundering.

5. Payments and transactions

Instructions you give us are binding once confirmed. Where a payment cannot be reversed, we will tell you before you confirm it. Fees, if any, are shown before you proceed.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as profile images and documents. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service.

7. Closing your account

You may close your account at any time once any balance and outstanding obligations are settled. We may suspend or close an account where required by law or to protect customers.

8. Service availability

We work to keep ISB available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we can.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ISB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ISB is established, and disputes will be handled by its courts.

11. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
